Luta Livre Esportiva Adults 101 Class, great night on the mats working Double Leg Takedowns then rolling rounds, the Adults 201 Class worked Single Leg Takedowns.
Luta Livre is a NoGi focused submission wrestling art that puts a high focus on submission finishes and is known for its leg locks and technical finishes. What many people do not know is that Luta Livre was formed from a base of Catch Wrestling and many of the techniques in Luta Livre have a Catch Wrestling origin.
These Luta Livre Esportiva classes are run for Kids, Teens and Adults and are built into our curriculum, we run one week of Jiu Jitsu Gi based training then one week of NoGi Luta Livre based training.
