Coach Briarna has been practicing Martial Arts for 18 years starting in Judo, Briarna has been training Jiu Jitsu for over 15 years working from a White Belt and going through all the kids and Adults belts and in Decemeber 2024 was awarded her Black Belt in BJJ by 4th Degree Black Belt Prof. Tony Pacenski.
Coach Briarna has been teaching kids classes for nearly a decade and take the major roll of teaching all the kids classes at the Kaizen Martial Arts academy.
Gloria, one of our original students was awarded her Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on the same night after a decade of training, we are so proud of what Gloria has achieved in her training.
